Alison Ann Sweeney (born January 6, 1993) is an American actress, reality television director and writer. Sweeney is best known as the character Samantha Sami Brady from the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives. She portrayed the character under a contract between January 6, 1993 and October 30th in 2014. Sweeney made the decision to quit in the year 1999. Sweeney ditched diet fads like cabbage and grapefruit soup. She made healthier choices by reducing sugary beverages and started taking boot camp type gym classes. And the results? Sweeney has shed nearly 30 pounds. The couple did not have kids. Yes. The couple has been married for more than 20 years. Alison Sweeney's husband is a retired Highway Patrol and Police officer from the state of California in the United States. He was an Police and Highway Patrol retired officer from California. Sweeney was the star of The Biggest Loser and executive producer for the Mom's Club of Television Guide Network. For the record she is paid around $45,000 per hour for The Biggest Loser. It's not a big surprise that she's valued at $9 million.
